As the human to many pets ourselves, we know how much joy a pet can bring to our lives. They are, after all an important part of our families.
And, shouldn't they have professional photos just like the human loved ones? They deserve it and you deserve it!
The Utah Pet Photographer is based in Riverton, Utah, and that is where our studio is if you want the formal picture with a nice backdrop and controllable lighting.
But if you prefer a more natural setting, especially if your pet might not smile for the camera in a strange setting, we can come to you (within a 30 mile radius of Riverton, extra travel will incur travel fees).
Each pet is different and in our photography we try to capture its true spirit and emotions.
This may take a little time, or we may get lucky and capture the moment with little effort. Some pets are uncomfortable in a studio situation and prefer to be photographed in their own homes or yards. Some don't mind the backdrops and lights at all. Some are more at ease if their human is included in the picture. We will work with you and your pet to get the best results.
We can photograph dogs, cats, ferrets, birds, reptiles, horses, alpacas, even pigs! You name it, we can get the shot. (There is a vet in the family and we are very comfortable around all types of animals!)

We shoot with digital equipment, so proofs are available immediately. Images can be printed in color, black and white or a combination of the two.
For best results, have your critter bathed (and/or groomed) just prior to your photo session. |
